As someone who has worked with executive teams leading innovation and transformation in corporate organizations for over 20 years, Dr. Shelli Hendricks has personally experienced the transformative power of removing barriers and proactively fostering a culture of innovation. She is the Founder and President of Blue Horizon Solutions, a premier coaching firm that equips entrepreneurs and executives to unlock extraordinary team performance, personal effectiveness and organizational excellence, so they can maximize business value when the time to exit comes. In addition to a Master of Science in Educational Technology, she holds a PhD in Organizational Development & Change through Fielding Graduate University. Her research explored what leaders learned about themselves and leading teams during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is also an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and accredited Value Builder Advisor. Today, she shares her expertise as a keynote speaker on topics of leadership, innovation and transformation.
